A global medical technology leader is seeking a temporary maternity leave replacement to provide administrative support for international events. Responsibilities include planning and executing logistics for virtual and physical events, budget management, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of event coordination experience, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in both English and German.

Administrative support of our international Medical Education and Events team: assist in the planning, execution and reconciliation of logistic organization of events whether virtual, physical, or hybrid, sales & marketing meetings and congresses.
