What you'll do

• Project support: Creation of various check-up processes with resources and workplace setup planning
• Varied tasks in our medical health center
• Independent organization and management of projects
• Preventive and emergency medical care of our employees
• Carrying out various medical examinations (e.g. ECG, vision and hearing tests, spirometry, laboratory examinations and blood pressure measurements)
• Support for various health campaigns at German subsidiaries, e.g flu vaccination campaign
• Administrative tasks, e.g documentation of medical services
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring of all project-related activities
• Calendar maintenance and scheduling

What you bring

With a natural affinity for leadership tasks and a joy in motivating and inspiring people, you willingly take on responsibility and steer projects with a clear vision and a goal-oriented approach.

Necessary knowledge

• High social competence and ability to work in a team
• High level of customer orientation, commitment, and flexibility, focus on user experience
• Experience in project management and independent project work
• Experience in medical check-up processes and implementation
• Experience in general and emergency medicine

Preferred Skills

• Medical English and German, both written and spoken, ideally third language
• Advanced IT knowledge with patient management software e.g Medisoft Software Basis

Professional Experience

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a medical professional / nurse
• Project experience e.g. executive check ups, screen glasses process
• Experience in the field of internal medicine as well as in-depth knowledge of preventive examinations such as ergometry and spirometry
