Zusammenfassung

International SOS in Stuttgart seeks a provider management professional to steward a portfolio of healthcare providers. You will be the main point of contact, ensuring contract and service targets are met and expanding the network to cover gaps.

You will onboard and assess providers, support medical record submissions, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs. Strong English and German, self-motivation, and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering services in a professional services B2B environment or senior account/program management role.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Fluency in German.

• Manage a portfolio of healthcare providers and be their main contact.

• Support providers through onboarding, assessment, and ongoing participation in the network.
• Escalate and resolve blockers to programme requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the provider network meets client needs.
• Identify and onboard new providers to fill coverage gaps.
• Keep provider information accurate across systems.
• Assist providers with medical record submissions and EHR transfers.
• Identify recurring issues and coordinate solutions (claims, credentialing, site assessments).

• Manage a portfolio of healthcare providers and act as their main point of contact
• Build strong relationships with providers to meet contract and service targets
• Focus on medical record collection targets/ KPI's and provider network coverage
• Support providers through onboarding, assessment, and ongoing participation in the network
• Act as the escalation point for provider issues and resolve blockers to programme requirements
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the provider network meets client needs
• Identify and onboard new providers where there are gaps in coverage
• Keep provider information accurate and up to date across systems
• Support providers with medical record submissions, including Electronic Health Records transfers
• Identify recurring provider or client issues and coordinate solutions (e.g. claims, credentialing, site assessments)

• Proven service delivery experience in a professional services B2B environment or senior account management experience or program management experience
• Highly proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Highly proficient in German
• Self-starter, self-driven to deliver results
• Proven experience in building strong and effective relationships with medical professionals at medical institutions - including senior management levels
• Negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills
• Dynamic and creative problem-solving abilities
• Own a car and willing to travel
