As Media Solutions B2B Europe Marketing Head you will actively contribute to the growth of Europe Information Display & Information Technology business, by coordinating pan-Europe marketing activities and supporting local Subsidiaries’ marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and analyze ROI for Europe region
- Analyze sales/marketing performance and extract implications in order to understand the gap and devise creative marketing programs
- Liaise with HQ to deploy and improve B2B marketing methodology and evangelize local subsidiaries in application
- Organize marketing events and activities and nurture business leads
- Manage the marketing budget and improve efficiency and effectiveness of resources deployed
- Identify market needs and trends to provide stakeholders with market and competition status information
- Keep sales representatives and customers up to date via newsletters, marketing materials, and social media
- Develop reseller portal/program and build industry-leading CRM capabilities
Required qualifications, skills and experience
- BSc. Marketing Management, Business Administration or related major (MBA is highly valued)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in top tier B2B companies
- Knowledgeable of the B2B business environment, products and industry trends (Information Display / Information Technology is valued, but also other markets can be considered)
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills
- Self-starter, innovative and able to work independently
- Knowledgeable of Media Channels and Marketing strategy
- Strong ability to communicate with various levels of organization and customers
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English (other European languages are highly valued)
