Your Role
  1. Development and commercialization of advertising spaces across flaconi’s digital shop (banners, brand pages) and physical channels (package inserts) to increase revenue and traffic.
  2. Acquisition of new brand and media partners through strategic outreach and negotiation, as well as long-term partner management.
  3. Ideation, coordination, and implementation of partner campaigns across flaconi platforms, ensuring cross-functional alignment with internal teams.
  4. Ongoing key account management and optimization of existing partner collaborations to drive mutual growth and performance.
  5. Definition and analysis of success metrics to extract insights and continuously optimize advertising strategies.
  6. Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop solutions that enhance monetization potential.
  7. Continuous market and competitor monitoring to identify trends and integrate new advertising formats and concepts.
  8. Ownership of pitch materials and media kits to support partner engagement and drive new business opportunities.
Your Profile
  1. Professional experience in sales, partnerships, media sales, or business development—ideally within e-commerce, media, or agency environments.
  2. A proactive mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to win over partners with clarity and confidence.
  3. Proven project management skills with a structured approach to timelines, processes, and stakeholder coordination.
  4. Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude, high personal initiative, and a sense of ownership.
  5. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  6. Genuine interest in e-commerce, digital business models, and brand communications.
  7. Skilled at building trust-based relationships and delivering compelling partner pitches.
  8. Fluent in German with strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Full transparency : For this role, we have a salary band between 39,700€ and 55,000€ gross per year. The salary offered will be within this range and based on your skills during the recruitment process.

We offer a permanent contract, coverage for BVG or Deutschland ticket, 29 vacation days plus additional days off during the holidays, flexible working hours, up to three days of remote work per week, and a paid sabbatical.
