Media Manager/Lead (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Media Manager to lead the media and communications strategy to support ViiV's vision to leave no person living with HIV behind. In this role, you will be responsible for driving an impactful promotional and non-promotional media planning across multiple channels that are in line with the business objectives and KPIs. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Communications and channel Strategy – Develop, implement, and optimize communications planning across multiple channels to maximize impact and engagement with healthcare professionals and people living with HIV.
• Drive Paid Media & Channel Innovation – Ensure efficient activation of paid media, leverage multiple platforms, and explore new channels, including digital and social media, to achieve best-practice KPIs.
• Manage internal & external Communications – Shape and deliver compelling messaging across diverse channels to strengthen brand positioning and business growth.
• Collaborate with Agencies, Publishing Houses & Cross-Functional Teams – Oversees media and agency relationships, press relations and work closely with internal cross-functional teams to align objectives, develop and execute an integrated comms and media plan.
• Content Development – Create tailored, strategic content suited for each channel in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Data-Driven Decision Making – Leverages data and analytics to optimize performance, and continuously improve overall effectiveness.
• Optimize Media Spend – Ensure cost-effective budget management and continuous media buying optimization to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or other related fields with extensive experience in media analytics
• Track-proven experience (of several years) in Multichannel Marketing and/or Omnichannel Management delivering results
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with analytical ability to use data to inform decisions
• Works creatively and independently, with the passion and energy to drive change
• Fluency in both German and English

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in Healthcare or another highly regulated industry is a plus
