Your Role

• support the development and design of topic-specific assets including graphics, animations and videos for the entire IQS portfolio

• create and apply graphics, videos and animations for use in different marketing communication channels like our website, newsletter, social media channels, etc.

• collaborate closely with the content marketing managers as well as other members of the marketing organization to develop and design target group-specific communication assets

• support at video shootings in-house as well as on customers’ site to ensure high-quality outcome

• review and redesign PowerPoint presentations to ensure a brand-consistent external representation

• upload assets to the central data management system aligned with the content managers

• help to further develop and implement the ZEISS IQS guidebook globally for consistent branding

• work closely together with the national and international marketing team to improve and make processes and workflows more efficient

• manage agencies and external parties incl. order management

Your Profile

• bachelor’s degree in media design, communication design, graphic design, video production, or related fields

• first experience (a minimum of 1-2 years) in media and graphic design preferred with basic experience in using common graphic design and video tools e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office 365 as well as basic knowledge of screencasting programs

• strong understanding of how to use design language like color, form, and typography, as well as visual storytelling techniques and video production

• ability to understand complex topics and how to communicate about technical products

• strong sense of creativity, conceptual thinking, and developing new ideas, whether in graphic design or video production

• strong team spirit and open communication capabilities

• Good organizational skills with ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects

• distinctive hands-on mentality as well as self-confident independent working style

• business English and German fluently written and spoken
