Position Summary

As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in multiple verticals and has a deep understanding of user acquisition, analytics, and ROI optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, DSPs, etc.)
  • Manage media buying budgets across various verticals including iGaming, fintech, education, and eCommerce
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the creative and analytics teams to ensure effective ad creatives and tracking
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies
  • Generate and present performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing
  • Demonstrated success managing campaigns in at least two of the following verticals: iGaming, fintech, education, or eCommerce
  • Proficient in ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or programmatic platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI platforms
  • Ability to manage large budgets and drive measurable results
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently or in a remote team environment
  • Knowledge or interest on AI topics
  • Experience with affiliate marketing or CPA campaigns
  • Knowledge of tracking tools
