Qualifikationen

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the stability of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer with focus on our Polish market.
• You operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience including:
• Documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM / Predictive Maintenance Tool.
• Taking relevant suppression measurements and steering our field service partners.
• Proactive and transparent communication to our customers.
• You ensure that the charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected within the industry legislation and regulatory framework.
• You help us to further improve our service quality and our operational excellence.
• Contribute to the continuous growth of our eMobility business.

Your Profile

• University degree with a focus on electrical engineering or a comparable professional training.
• Work experience within the eMobility industry or customer services industry.
• Initial experience in the area of DC infrastructure operations.
• Ability to problem solve at ease and prioritize workload collaboratively within the team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Polish - additional languages are a plus.
• Can do attitude with the willingness to contribute to a new business area.
