Zusammenfassung

S4 International within the DSA Group seeks an experienced mechatronics technician to build and connect control cabinets and test technology units in Aachen, working closely with the development team to ensure electrical and mechanical integration. You will install at customer sites and commission with the development team, with travel for several days or weeks.

German language skills are essential; English is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training as a mechatronics technician or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in control cabinet construction.
• Confident in working with circuit diagrams and technical drawings.
• High reliability, quality awareness and sense of responsibility.
• Willingness for external operations lasting several days or weeks.
• Good command of written and spoken German; English an asset.

Aufgaben

• Build and connect control cabinets and test technology units with development team, mechanically and electrically.
• Collaborate with the assembly team to ensure production complies with relevant standards.
• Carry out electrical tests with functional tests and analyze/correct errors.
• Install solutions at customer sites and commission together with the development team.

These systems are used in large-scale vehicle production, while ensuring top manufacturing quality. To build these systems, S4 International is looking for committed and resourceful employees. The position is initially limited to one year.

Your Tasks

• You will build and connect our control cabinets and test technology units in close coordination with our development team, both mechanically and electrically.
• You will bring your experience and expertise to the table and work with our assembly team to ensure that production complies with relevant standards.
• Carrying out electrical tests with functional tests is an integral part of completing your unit, as is analysing and rectifying errors.
• You will install our solutions at the customer's site and put them into operation together with the development team.

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a mechatronic's technician or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in control cabinet construction.
• You are confident in working with circuit diagrams and technical drawings.
• You have a high degree of reliability, quality awareness and a sense of responsibility.
• For you, external operations lasting several days or weeks are part of the job.
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, and can ideally also communicate technically in English.
