Zusammenfassung

S4 International, Teil der DSA Gruppe, sucht Mechatronik-Techniker spezialisiert auf Automatisierungstechnik (m/w/d). Von der Hochspannungsbatterie bis zum Fahrzeuginnenraum arbeiten Sie an Systemen, installieren, verdrahten und testen Automationstechnik in Prüfsystemen gemeinsam mit dem Entwicklungsteam.

Sie installieren beim Kunden vor Ort, nehmen Inbetriebnahmen vor und führen elektrischen/funktionalen Tests durch. Zudem arbeiten Sie eng mit der Fertigung und halten Qualitätsstandards ein.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene elektro-technische Ausbildung.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Schaltschrankbau.
• Bereitschaft zu mehrtägigen Außeneinsätzen.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch wünschenswert.

Aufgaben

• Installieren und Verdrahten unserer Automatisierungstechnik in Prüfsystemen mit dem Entwicklungsteam.
• Mitwirkung beim Aufbau, der Inbetriebnahme und Prüfung vor Ort beim Kunden.
• Durchführen elektrischer und funktionaler Tests sowie Fehleranalyse.
• Inbetriebnahme der Systeme beim Kunden und Schulung des Anwenderteams.

MECHATRONICS TECHNICIAN SPECIALISED IN AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGY (m/f/d)

From the high-voltage battery to the vehicle cockpit – complex vehicle components must meet the highest quality standards. S4 International develops and supplies electrical and electronic (E/E) test systems within the DSA Group. These systems are used in large-scale vehicle production, while ensuring top manufacturing quality. To build these systems, S4 International is looking for committed and resourceful employees. The position is initially limited to one year.

Your Tasks

• You will install and connect our automation technology in test technology systems in close collaboration with our development team, both mechanically and electrically.
• You will contribute your experience and expertise and work with our assembly team to ensure that production complies with relevant standards.
• Carrying out electrical and functional tests is just as much a part of completing your installation as analysing and troubleshooting.
• You will install our systems at the customer’s site and commission our solutions there together with the development team.

Your Profile

• You have completed an electro-technical training and an advanced training as a master craftsman, electrical engineering technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in control cabinet construction.
• You have a high degree of reliability, quality awareness and a sense of responsibility.
• For you, external operations lasting several days or weeks are part of the job.
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, and can ideally also communicate technically in English.
