Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker oder ähnlich.
• Erfahrung in der Maschinenprogrammierung und im Umgang mit computergestützten Maschinen.
• Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache.

Aufgaben

• Selbständige Programmierung der Lackiermaschine.
• Verantwortliches Monitoring des gesamten Lackierprozesses.
• Wartung der Lackiermaschine.

Summary

We are looking for a Mechatronics Technician for the Electronics Test department at the Ulm site at the earliest possible date.

In the Electronics Test area, electronic assemblies are tested according to customer specifications and then provided with a protective coating. To protect electronic assemblies from environmental influences, they are given a protective coating after electrical testing. This coating is applied automatically using a computer-controlled coating machine.

Your Tasks

1. Independent programming of the painting machine
2. Responsible monitoring of the entire painting process
3. Independent assessment of the painting result
4. Maintenance of the painting machine

Your Profile

1. Completed training as a mechatronics technician or similar
2. Experience in working with computer-controlled machines
3. Experience in machine programming
4. Knowledge of Office tools
5. Knowledge of electronic components and assemblies advantageous
6. Knowledge of paint systems for electronic assemblies advantageous
7. Good fine motor skills
8. Ability to work independently and in a team
9. Good knowledge of German and English
