At Airbus Helicopters locations in Donauwörth and Asbach-Bäumenheim, we are looking for several Mechanics (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

These helicopter departments are seeking you:

  • Zelle H125/H130
  • Zelle H135/H145
  • Zelle H175 (H175 at Asbach-Bäumenheim)
  • Assembly H135/145 + Prototype Shop
  • Assembly NH90 + Prototype Shop
  • Maintenance/Repair of NH90
  • Repair of hydraulic and dynamic components

Please note that some positions are temporary contracts for initially 2 years.

Your work location: Donauwörth:

Your tasks with us:

  • Assembly/repair of components, subassemblies, and modules of aircraft
  • Drilling, screwing, and riveting
  • Documentation of work performed in manufacturing/work plans
  • Technical support in mechanics for helicopter models
  • Installation of components in aircraft
  • Troubleshooting and system fault analysis
  • Performing and supporting complex maintenance, repair, and retrofit work
  • Disassembly of assemblies, fault diagnosis, and communication with planning, engineering, and inspection departments
  • Regular or unscheduled maintenance
  • Assembly/disassembly activities
  • Fault diagnosis and correction on the NH90 weapon system

These tasks vary depending on the area and department. A detailed overview will be provided during the interview.

Your qualifications/skills:

  • Completed training as a mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable profession
  • Several years of experience in mechanics or mechanical processes
  • Knowledge in maintenance of machines, systems, and devices
  • Language skills: very good German, proficient English
  • Willingness for shift work, weekends, overtime, and flexible hours (depending on area)
  • Additional qualities: independent work, team-oriented, resilient, flexible, communicative
