Talantir in Frankfurt, Germany is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to drive the development and delivery of complex building services projects.

You will lead a cross-disciplinary team, coordinate scheduling, procurement, and execution, and ensure projects meet scope, time, and budget targets.

Experience in building services and healthcare projects is a plus; strong IT skills and familiarity with CSA programs are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience post qualification.
• Relevant third level qualification in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• Excellent IT skills and understanding of CSA activities.
• Experience delivering building services projects (medium/large scale).

Responsabilités

• Pivotal to the development and completion of projects, including organisation, scheduling and execution.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers to deliver cutting-edge projects.
• Deliver Mechanical projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover on time and within budget.

Job Description

• As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be pivotal to the development and completion of projects including the organisation, scheduling, and implementation.
• You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to successfully deliver cutting edge projects.
• Proven record delivering Mechanical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget.
• Experience of managing combined Mechanical / Electrical projects a distinct advantage.
• Commercially and contractually competent with a good understanding of project P&L.
• Proven ability to manage an existing core cross-functional team / develop the team.

Skills And Requirements

• Excellent IT skills essential and a good understanding of programmes including CSA activities.
• Proven ability to work both individually and as part of a cross-functional team.

• Excellent communication and organisation skills essential.
