You will lead project planning, control budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with client requirements, while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar project management role.
• Proven budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling skills.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.

We are currently seeking an accomplished Mechanical Project Manager to join our team in Germany. The successful candidate will report directly to the Construction Director.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Take full ownership of project management from conception to completion
• Effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and scope within predefined limits
• Facilitate the timely completion of reports, requests, updates, and other deliverables to support project success
• Ensure strict adherence to all policies, processes, procedures, tools, and client requirements on projects
• Prioritize and uphold health and safety as a primary concern in all project tasks

Key Skills and Competencies:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position
• Demonstrated proficiency in project budgeting, contract negotiations, and scheduling
• Leadership and robust management skills
