Responsibilities

• Design and develop aircraft mechanical systems (e.g., hydraulics, fuel, environmental control).
• Define and upgrade system architectures and support trade‑off studies.
• Produce detailed 3D models and drawings using CAD tools (e.g., CATIA V5/V6).
• Perform system sizing, calculations, and tolerance stack‑ups.
• Generate and review technical documentation (specifications, test procedures, compliance reports).
• Ensure compliance with certification requirements (EASA/FAA standards).
• Has exposure on testing, validation, and integration activities.
• Work closely with stress, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams.
• Participate in design reviews and risk assessments (FMEA, DFMEA).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• 7–10+ years of experience in mechanical system design for aircraft.
