Job summary

GH Engage seeks a Mechanical Commissioning Manager in Frankfurt to lead the CX team on site. The role focuses on supervising package engineers, tracking scope delivery, and ensuring milestones align with contract requirements.

You will coordinate with vendors, attend daily and weekly CX meetings with clients, and manage the CX programme, including FAT/FWT planning. A degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience is required, with validation to work in Germany.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or 5 years on-the-job CX experience.
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with contractors and clients.
• Strong deadline and programme management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and on-site environments.
• EU Passport or RTW to work in Germany.

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Rotation: 10/4

Salary: Up to €130,000 per annum + Accommodation, Flights, Vehicle and €1,000 net per month allowance.

Working hours: 55 hours per week

Requirements

• Management and supervision of Package engineers.

• Ensure familiarisation and compliance with contract documents and procedures.
• Planning and management of Vendor FAT/ FWT with possible attendance if necessary.

• Communication to all Cx Stakeholders
• Attend and provide input to Daily/ Weekly Cx meetings, Internally, vendor and Client

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or 5 year on the job experience managing in Cx Roles
• Able to maintain good customer/ Stakeholder relationships with other contractors whilst working on sites
