Job description
Tasks
  • Execution of quality inspections and certifications of aircraft components and kits in compliance with POA (Production Organisation Approval) regulations
  • Preparation and issuance of EASA Form 1 and Certificates of Conformity (CoC)
  • Handling of customer complaints via SAP
  • Document maintenance and revisions of prototype-to-new data
  • Root cause analysis of quality deviations and support of corrective measures
  • Process monitoring, including internal audits andshopfloor visits (GoLookSee)
  • Creation, review and maintenance of process-related documents such as work instructions, procedures and forms
  • Participation in cross-site meetings and support of Airbus Spares projects
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder or logistics specialist, each with at least master-level certification
  • Several years of professional experience in aircraft manufacturing, aviation mechanics, warehouse logistics and quality management
  • Solid knowledge of MS Excel, SAP and Google Workspace
  • Fluent German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2) skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts (early and late) and perform on-call duties
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
