As an interface between development and production at our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, as a Measurement Technician / Test Planner, you will ensure that products meet the highest standards – right from the start.
The maximum gross annual salary is €55,300. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks
- Implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) elements such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Control Plan, and support in the analysis of potential process failures and their effects (PFMEA)
- Planning and creation of complex test and measurement instructions, including dynamic test plans and general test instructions (GTIs)
- Selection, validation, and application of suitable measuring methods, measuring equipment, and measuring strategies – including form and position tolerances
- Creation of measurement programs for 3D coordinate measuring machines (Zeiss CALYPSO) and optical systems (e.g., Polyworks, GOM, Tolaris Optic)
- Responsible for test sequences, including definition of measurement parameters, test specifications, and environmental influences
- Interface to design and manufacturing engineering, to ensure product development is suitable for testing
- Statistical evaluation of measurement results and independent initiation of error analyses, including root cause analysis
- Maintenance and evaluation of measurement databases to derive quality-relevant improvement measures
Requirements
- Completed training as an industrial mechanic or cutting machine operator with further training as a technician or business administrator
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial mechanics
- Business fluent German (min. C1) and proficient English (min. B2)
- Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
- Team player with a solution-oriented and practical approach and a high level of quality awareness
