A leading company in the digital landscape is seeking a Marketing Science Measurement professional to join their team. This role requires strong expertise in digital advertising and marketing analytics, specifically in measurement and optimization strategies. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver actionable insights that drive advertising performance. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in the field, with a proven track record in analytics and client collaboration.
Responsibilities
The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.
- Partner primarily with brand advertisers and agencies to provide good measurement that can lead to better understanding of their performance on the platform
- Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for agencies and clients
- Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected with our product and partnerships teams
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- At least 6-8 years of experience in digital advertising, marketing analytics, or measurement suppliers
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; a graduate degree in science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research
- Proven experience with incrementality testing and causal inference methods to measure ad effectiveness
- Proven experience with attribution modeling; experience with Media Mix Modeling
- Exposure to digital advertising platforms with an understanding of digital ad formats, auction, and campaign performance drivers
- Fluency in German is required; excellent verbal and written English is required
- Experience executing custom analytical work; proficiency in SQL, Hive, or R
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in CPG and/or Retail
- Thrives in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with sales, product marketing, product measurement, and business marketing
- Experience with advertising agencies or complex, data-driven marketing organizations
- A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication, collaboration, and confident presentation skills
- Exceptional time-management skills with a focus on prioritizing key initiatives and goals
