HPC MCU Business Development Broader market and distribution – As part of the business development team for broader market and distribution, the successful candidate will be able to cooperate with Regional Sales/FAEs and their distributors to expand 32-bit MCU businesses, identify new potential markets, and create winning strategies for targeted markets/customers.
She/he is required to work closely with 32-bit MCU Product and Ecosystem Marketing colleagues to understand the latest 32-bit MCU portfolio as well as marketing collaterals available for targeted markets. The candidate should be able to adjust marketing materials, present them to Regional Sales, FAEs, distributors, and sometimes customers, and answer routine questions about MCUs from both technical and business perspectives. Additionally, the candidate will identify gaps and future needs regarding products, marketing materials, and strategies in the assigned markets to optimize company growth.
