• Gute Verständigung in Deutsch; Englischgrundkenntnisse vorteilhaft.

Aufgaben

• Prüfen von Arbeitsplänen, Materialien und Baulayouts anhand Zeichnungen und Aufträgen.
• Mauern, Wand- und Bodenbau mit Steinen, Klinkern und Beton herstellen.
• Ausführung von dekorativen Mauerarbeiten und komplexen Strukturen.
• Herstellung von Holzformen, Bewehrung, Betonarbeiten sowie Estriche.
• Verlegen von Verblendungen und Fliesen nach architektonischen Vorgaben.

• * Projects Reviews work sites to determine necessary materials and plans project layouts using blueprints, sketches, and written work orders.
• * Builds and repairs walls, walkways, and chimneys by cutting, shaping, and laying various bricks, blocks, and natural or artificial stones.
• * Completes advanced decorative brickwork and constructs specialized, complex structures such as circular smokestacks and pattern designs.
• * Builds straight and curved wooden forms, installs metal reinforcements, and mixes, pours, levels, and finishes concrete surfaces.
• * Installs backing laths, mixes plaster, and applies multiple coats to walls and ceilings to create smooth or textured surfaces.
• * Sets and arranges decorative tiles and flagstones on floors and walls according to specific architectural designs.

A-3603-05:
Completed vocational training of at least 30 months in the appropriate trade.
OR
5 years of specialized experience.
A-3603-06:
Completed vocational training in the appropriate trade PLUS 2 years experience at a level of difficulty comparable to the Wage Group 5 or equivalent. The applicant must be in the possession of a valid driver's license class B.
OR
8 years of specialized experience of which 3 years must have been performed at the wage group 5 or equivalent level.
