  • Application of various methods in the field of mechanical analysis and characterization (mechanical-technological tests, microscopic methods, including chemical-physical methods, powder characterization, etc.) of Li-ion battery cells or their components
  • Support of measuring devices and contact with service centers regarding maintenance, calibration, and procurement
  • Setting up and commissioning (premises, test equipment, machines, systems, laboratory equipment, preparation of test and operating instructions) of laboratories
  • Support in developing analysis methods for materials and components, as well as in production-related analysis of semi-finished products and Li-ion cells at laboratory, pilot plant, and prototype scale

Your profile

  • Successful vocational training as a (chemical) laboratory technician, materials tester, chemical-technical assistant, or comparable technical training
  • Additional technician/master's degree (chemical/materials/mechanical engineering) or B.Sc./M.Sc. in related fields is advantageous
  • Professional experience in an analytical laboratory or similar environment required; experience with lithium-ion battery cells is desirable
  • Knowledge of various analytical methods (mechanical-technological, physical-chemical, chromatographic, spectroscopic, electrochemical)
  • Proficient in MS Office and related IT skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Self-organized, flexible, and proactive work approach
  • Reliable, responsible, and quality-conscious
