You’ll serve as a crucial link between procurement, logistics and production. With your analytical mindset and strong communication skills, you make sure everything arrives where it should – on time, in the right quantity and with full traceability.
The gross annual salary is between €64,000 and €67,500, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks
- Interface between procurement, production and logistics – both internally and across Airbus sites in Europe
- Anticipate material shortages using system tools and data analysis
- Coordinate delivery schedules together with procurement teams and Airbus locations
- Take ownership of material availability and initiate corrective actions where needed
- Use SAP ERP (PDA/PEA) and maintain master data; work with additional tools such as Google Workspace
- Drive process improvements by proposing and implementing corrective actions
- Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders across all levels
Requirements
- Completed university degree (Bachelor) in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain / Logistics
- Initial work experience in one or more of the following: procurement, supplier management or supply chain / logistics
- Confident use of SAP ERP, ideally also Eagle
- Good knowledge in process management and proficiency with Google Workspace
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1), French is a plus
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
