Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5-7 Jahre Erfahrung in der Textil- und Bekleidungsherstellung.
• Erfahrung in chemischer und physikalischer Leistung sowie nachhaltiger Materialversorgung.

Aufgaben

• Technische Schulungen durchführen und Kommunikation mit internen und externen Schnittstellen managen.

We are looking for a motivated Material Quality Compliance Manager (m/f/d) who likes to make a difference and drive things forward. A highly motivated team with flat hierarchies and lots of fun at work is looking forward to welcoming you.

What you can expect:

• You conduct technical onboarding and training, and manage communication with internal and external interfaces effectively in a multicultural environment.
• You develop nominated fabric vendors, ensuring they meet HUGO BOSS quality and sustainability requirements, including physical, chemical, and sustainability standards.
• You conduct random fabric tests, educate suppliers on better fabric alternatives, and collaborate with the sustainability team for compliance checks.
• You manage various projects related to material quality and sustainable fabric performance, and prepare performance reports for stakeholders to support the material sourcing strategy.
• You collaborate with internal and external interfaces for process improvement to secure material physical and chemical performance.

Your profile:

• You have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the fabric and apparel manufacturing environment, including working at fabric manufacturing or in the production apparel or fabric supply chain.
• You possess holistic thinking and experience in manufacturing, chemical and physical performance, and sustainable material supply chain of fabrics, including global sourcing strategies and testing parameters.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, along with prominent analytical and problem-solving abilities to collaborate effectively with a global organization.
• You are proficient in utilizing MS Office tools to support daily tasks.
