The gross annual salary is between € 73,000 and a maximum of € 78,000, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Job description

Tasks

1. Support in negotiations with purchasing organizations on capacities, cost adjustments and delivery conditions
2. Definition and implementation of the material requirements strategy based on technical and logistical requirements
3. Early identification of new requirements through active participation in operational meetings with relevant stakeholders
4. Ensuring on-time and quality-compliant material deliveries at a higher level
5. Processing and managing customer orders using the SAP system
6. Adaptation and optimization of industrial logistics and material processes to increase efficiency
7. Implementation of end-to-end supply chain solutions for repair projects, including escalation management
8. Coordination between technology, logistics and purchasing to ensure seamless material availability

Requirements

1. Degree in business administration, supply chain / logistics or economics
2. Several years of professional experience in supplier management, process improvement and supply chain / logistics
3. Basic knowledge of change management and lean management
4. Initial application knowledge of SAP, knowledge of Google Workspace and initial experience with Skywise an advantage
5. Negotiation skills English language skills (min. C1) required, German language skills an advantage
6. Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
7. Willingness to travel within the EU (approx. 2x per year, for approx. 2 days each time) desirable
