Job Description:

In the context of a backfill in the Logistics department, we are looking for a committed Logistics Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee logistics activities, primarily in the SIHIdry area. Additionally, as the stand-in for the Logistics Team Leader, you will be responsible for process improvements and additional logistics projects. In the absence of the team leader, you will represent them in their area of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the logistics team leader and representing them in their absence
• Taking responsibility for process improvements and additional project tasks
• Picking production and spare parts orders
• Posting goods movements in the IT system
• Storing and retrieving goods from storage facilities (physical and IT system)
• Incoming goods inspection and postings
• Managing internal goods traffic
• Packaging finished goods for outgoing shipments
• Conducting inventory counts
• Supporting CIP / Lean processes

Your profile:

• Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in logistics
• Leadership experience and willingness to assume leadership responsibilities (desirable)
• High quality awareness, commitment, and flexibility
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Permission to operate industrial trucks
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP (advantage)
• Basic willingness to work in shifts (2 shifts)
