Job summary

AUMOVIO SE in Lindau, Germany, offers a radar validation internship starting November 2026 for at least six months at our Lindau location. You will support radar development test automation and HiL test commissioning.

As a student in Electrical Engineering, you bring knowledge of radar models and SW development in Python and C/C++, plus experience in system tests and working in an international team.

Qualifications

• Student in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of radar models.
• Strong SW development skills with Python and C/C++.
• Experience designing and implementing system tests.
• Knowledge of radar, RF or antennas is a plus.
• German and English proficient written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• HiL test commissioning for the radar project.
• Design and develop highly automated HiL test cases based on system requirements.
• Verify test methods and evaluate results using test-theory principles.
• Statistical analysis of results using modern methods (AI).
• Full automation/integration of tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and other safety requirements.

Job Description

We are looking for a student (m/f/divers) in the area of Radar Validation from November 2026 on for at least 6 months at our location Lindau (Germany).

In your role you are supporting us in Radar development test automation

• HiL test commissioning for the RADAR project.
• Design and development of highly automated HiL test cases based on system requirements.
• Verification of the test method and evaluation based on test-theoretical principles.
• Statistical analysis of results using modern methods (AI).
• Full automation/integration of the test method into the CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Development) pipeline.
• Compliance with and consideration of important regulations such as ISO 26262 and other safety and security requirements in the automotive sector.

Qualifications
