Zusammenfassung

Infineon Technologies AG in Munich invites students, interns and trainees to join our advanced analog/RF team. You will work with experienced engineers to develop building blocks for mm-Wave radar and related sensing applications, contributing to real projects with immediate impact.

We value hands-on circuit design, simulation and analysis, alongside strong teamwork and a passion for learning. Proficiency in MATLAB/Python and good English are expected; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a university program in electrical engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of analog CMOS and RF concepts.
• Experience with RF/microwave simulation tools is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with senior analog/RF engineers on building blocks for mm-Wave radar.
• Assist in circuit design, simulation, and layout verification.
• Support MATLAB/Python-based analysis and data interpretation.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Skills: You have very good knowledge of analog CMOS circuits and high-frequency engineering
• Experience: You are experienced with electromagnetic field simulation tools (e.g. HFSS,CST, ADS Momentum, EMX, Sonnet) and Cadence Virtuoso
• Way of working: You are able to work in a Team
• Interests: You are interested and have good knowledge in MATLAB and/or Python
• Language skills: Good knowledge of English language, German is a plus
