Zusammenfassung

Airbus Defence and Space GmbH is seeking a master student (d/f/m) to support its Quality department in AI adoption and usage. The position is located near Munich (Taufkirchen/Ottobrunn) with a 6-month duration starting 01.11.2026 as a Final-year Thesis.

You will conduct surveys, collect data, and perform statistical analyses to understand AI usage patterns and organizational dynamics, delivering reports to decision-makers and interfacing with interdisciplinary partners.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled Master’s student with background or interest in Management, Strategy, Organizational Psychology, Data Analysis or Statistics.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative data analysis and statistical processing.
• Able to collaborate in an interdisciplinary environment with academic and industry partners.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Assist in conceptualization, scope alignment, and finalization of surveys targeting managers and operational staff.
• Coordinate and support data collection through short internal employee surveys.
• Participate in data processing and statistical analysis to evaluate AI usage patterns, workplace dynamics, and strategy-implementation gaps.
• Support preparation of detailed result reports for organizational decision-makers.

In order to support our Quality department, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a master student (d/f/m) in the field of Artificial Intelligence, in Organization Adoption and Usage

Location

• Location: Taufkirchen/Ottobrunn
• Start: 01.11.2026
• Duration: 6 months
