In order to support Talent & Executive Management, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for an Intern - Talent & Executive Management (d/f/m).

Location

Ottobrunn/Taufkirchen

Start: November 2026

Duration: 6 months

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Communication: Creation of innovative communication concepts to reach various stakeholder groups within the company, as well as decision-making templates for Executive Management.
• Event Management: Support in organizing networking events and management meetings to increase the visibility of our talents within the company.
• Interview Preparation: Support in preparing and following up on career and development planning discussions.
• Data Analysis: Documentation, analysis, and tracking of relevant data.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, Psychology, or an equivalent field of study.
• Analytical Skills: You think in a structured manner and have a high affinity for working with data.
• IT Skills: Proficient in common MS Office applications and a high interest in innovative ways of data analysis and preparation of complex content.
• Language Skills: Very good English skills are mandatory for daily work in an international environment; German skills are an advantage.
• Personality: You are characterized by a high level of commitment, reliability, and discretion in handling sensitive personnel data. A structured and independent way of working completes your profile.
