You will write your Master’s thesis in the innovative field of Human-Generative AI Collaboration within BMW Group's central IT department. This area explores the partnership between humans and generative AI agents to improve efficiency and creativity, while addressing challenges like misinformation and reduced human creativity.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, combining AI technology, behavioral science, and entrepreneurial needs to achieve tangible business outcomes.
• Design, implement, and evaluate cutting-edge Generative AI tools at BMW.
• Understand the mechanisms of effective human-AI collaboration, including regulatory governance principles.
• Investigate new Generative AI tools within organizational contexts and drive impactful results.

Please note that your thesis must be supervised by a university.

What should you bring along?

• Master studies in computer science, business informatics, media informatics, mathematics, applied mathematics, statistics, or related fields. Students from other disciplines with computational or data-driven skills are also welcome.
• Strong programming experience, e.g., Python.
• Proficiency in English and basic to fluent German, both spoken and written.
• Interest and knowledge in machine learning, deep learning, or human-computer interaction topics.
