Role Overview: Master Electrician - Electrical Tech

As our Master Electrician - Electrical Tech, you'll work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with on-call and weekend hours as needed. Your primary focus will be in the field, overseeing residential and commercial electrical projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities include diagnosing complex electrical issues, installing new systems, and upselling additional services to satisfied customers. Your leadership will be vital in driving the growth and success of our electrical division, making this role both challenging and rewarding.

Qualifications:

• Master electrician license in NJ
• 10+ years of experience in the electrical industry
• Proven experience diagnosing, presenting, and installing panels, outlets, breakers, etc.
• Experience leading and training electrician crews
• Experience in electrical sales and upselling
• Experience in electrical management
• Willingness to take ownership of the electrical department and grow the business
• Positive team attitude

Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus but not required.
