Qualifikationen

YOUR TASKS

• Create product and supplier data models
• Ensure and monitor master data quality
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning and Replenishment
• Manage supplier master data on a global level
• Create new central material and supplier master data in relevant systems
• Create new articles (or request them in coordination with IT)
• Closely collaborate with Product Management, S&OP, Sourcing, and Replenishment
• Participate in global projects related to master data management and improvement
• Assist in resolving data integration issues as requested by data owners (business)
• Authorize changes on main master data in relevant systems (for material and supplier)
• Change material status in relevant systems (e.g., activate/deactivate)
• Update purchase prices in info records and/or create new info records
• Change master data in relevant systems based on article master request XLS sheet
• Actively promote the implementation of a new global matrix organization, establish cross-functional ties

YOUR PROFILE

• You have successfully completed your university studies with above-average results
• You bring verifiable experience in a similar role, ideally within a multinational company operating in an active and dynamic environment
• You demonstrate a collaborative approach, maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external partners
• You possess fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• You have experience with data management tools, such as Excel and databases, as well as proficiency with SAP/ERP solutions
