Responsibilities

• Perform classic massages, treatments, and relaxation applications.
• Advise and look after guests professionally when selecting SPA ROSA offers as a wellbeing expert.
• Schedule wellness treatments for guests.
• Maintain and care for the exclusive treatment rooms.
• Promote our care products from depot partners and the SPA and fitness area offers to guests.
• Convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a medical masseur or physiotherapist with relevant experience.
• Additional training in lymphatic drainage, foot reflexology, Lomi Lomi, and/or Ayurveda.
• Positive charisma and enthusiasm to engage guests and colleagues.
• Warm and competent demeanor.
• Sincere guest and service orientation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High initiative and sales talent.
