Responsibilities:
  • Disciplinary and technical leadership of staff
  • Management of the store's economic key figures
  • Responsibility for internal quality control of perishables and freshness across all product ranges
  • Managing stock, ensuring proper product placement, presentation, and executing weekly sales activities
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations (e.g., HACCP, organic guidelines, pricing, product labeling)
  • Training and mentoring apprentices and future managers
  • Conducting employee meetings
  • Designing promotional activities and secondary placements
  • Handling inventory system tasks (returns, write-offs, price changes)
  • Preparing and conducting inventory counts
Candidate Profile:
  • Degree in Business Administration or a vocational qualification with extensive retail experience
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in grocery
  • Knowledge of product ranges
  • Passion for retail and leadership experience
  • Enjoy engaging with customers directly
  • Team-oriented and independent working style
