Be the bridge between Regional Sales & EMEA Category. Deliver the market annual budget targets by optimizing the product assortment in line with category strategy & customers.

How you'll help us:

1. Define Seasonal Range Strategies & Assortment Planning
2. Provide valuable feedback on the product line for EMEA and Market before finalization.
3. Ensure excellence in Wholesale assortment and adherence to the initial Seasonal Assortment Strategy.
4. Line Development:
1. Inputs: Collaborate with the Planner to consolidate insights from previous seasons, using historical analysis and market trends to guide future assortment strategies.
2. Adaptation: Work with the Planner to adjust commercial expectations as the line develops, identifying and addressing any financial risks or opportunities.
5. Systems and Process:
1. Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements for efficiency and process enhancement.
2. Develop a thorough understanding of ASICS systems and data flow to identify and implement improvements. Manage key relationships to ensure accurate data flow.
3. Collaborate with other Merchandisers to assess performance, identify gaps in Marketplace Merchandising processes, and implement improvements.

More about you:

1. College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Economy, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Business Analytics.
2. A minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience.
3. Ability to present financial strategies (linked to the buy) at all levels.
4. Strong numeracy and forecasting skills.
5. Proficient in Excel.
6. Proactive, results-driven team player, able to perform under deadlines and changing priorities.
7. Knowledge of relevant systems and applications.
