Since 2000, Amazon has provided a platform for individuals and companies of all sizes to reach a global customer base, build brands, and grow their business. Currently, third-party seller products account for more than half of all units sold. As Amazon expands into new countries, the environment becomes more dynamic and fast-paced.
The Strategic Account Services Team aims to maximize the potential of each Amazon Selling Partner by providing strategic consultancy through a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach. Our services cover all aspects of the Amazon Marketplace, including International expansion, Portfolio Optimization, Fulfillment Strategy, Product Presentation, Promotions, Advertising Strategy, and Brand Building. We also assist Selling Partners in solving operational challenges.
As a Marketplace Consultant, you will independently manage your own portfolio of Selling Partners, supporting their business growth and satisfaction by developing tailored roadmaps and proactively identifying untapped potential. You will also be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new Selling Partners and launching this program in your country, which involves managing ambiguity and coordinating across teams.
