Company Description

As a Marketplace Business Development Manager (m/f/d) you will be part of our Seller Center new Business Team. You will scale the About You Marketplace significantly and contribute to one of the company’s most strategic lighthouse projects.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage B2B marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and convert new marketplace partners across Europe
• Identify and optimize key processes along the seller onboarding journey to improve conversion rates and partner experience
• Take ownership of cross-functional side projects, such as UX improvements and product enhancements for the Seller Center
• Prepare and host webinars and partner events to promote the marketplace opportunity to a broad range of potential sellers

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally gained in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (e.g. a start-up or scale-up)
• Hands-on experience with outbound sales tools and processes, preferably including HubSpot and Cognism
• A structured and organized working style with a high level of personal responsibility
• Experience in project management, ideally within a marketing or sales context
• A proactive mindset with a strong hands-on attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to iterative approaches (including “trial and error”)
• Motivation to succeed in a scale-up environment, with enthusiasm for both personal growth and contributing to the company’s development
