As our Amazon Business Development Manager (f / m / x) youll play a key role in shaping and executing our Amazon growth strategy. From steering external agencies to launching new marketplace channels youll work crossfunctionally with Marketing Sales and Operations to grow our Amazon business profitably and sustainably. Moreover you will develop new sales and marketing channels demonstrating your ability to drive scalable results.

YOUR TASKS

  • Lead the Amazon business strategy : Take ownership of our Amazon marketplace strategy and performance across EU marketplaces define a roadmap for scalable growth and profitability.
  • Manage external partners : Coordinate and challenge Amazon agencies to ensure strategic alignment operational excellence and maximum impact.
  • Drive crossfunctional initiatives : Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing Sales Operations) to align campaigns content and pricing with our marketplace objectives.
  • Analyze & act : Monitor key performance metrics (e.g. SellerBoard Helium10) and derive actionable insights to optimize listings ads and profitability.
  • Explore new marketplace opportunities : Evaluate and test other sales channels to diversify our digital shelf.
  • Contribute to our 2026 strategy : Play a key role in shaping the longterm strategy for Amazon and other marketplaces always with a growth and performance mindset.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 2 years of handson Amazon experience either at an Amazon agency aggregator or as a seller yourself.
  • Strong business acumen you understand how to grow a brand on Amazon with a sharp eye on KPIs profitability and scalability.
  • Analytical mindset youre confident using tools like SellerBoard Helium10 Excel or GSheets to drive databased decisions.
  • Digital marketing understanding you know what makes online sales tick and how content SEO and ads influence performance.
  • Getshitdone attitude youre proactive ambitious and handson someone who wants to make things happen not wait for perfect conditions.
  • Languages : Fluent in English (C1) German at least B2 level.
