Jobbeschreibung

As Marketing Strategist – Demand & Pipeline, you’ll build and execute campaigns that connect our product to the people who need it — across channels, regions, and funnel stages. From paid media and events to partnerships and customer stories, you’ll shape how DNL shows up in the market and feeds the sales engine.

This is a high-ownership, individual contributor role with cross-functional impact — and the potential to grow into a leadership position as we scale internationally.

Tasks

Build and Execute Pipeline-Driven Campaigns

  • Run integrated marketing campaigns across channels — paid ads, SEO, events, partnerships, content, and outbound enablers

  • Design initiatives for different funnel stages and ICPs, from awareness to conversion

  • Build repeatable, localized campaign frameworks for new markets or verticals

Align Marketing with Sales & GTM Strategy

  • Collaborate with Sales and BizDev to understand market priorities, opportunity stages, and buying journeys

  • Translate ICPs into relevant, channel-specific messaging

  • Develop sales-supporting assets like case studies, outreach kits, and vertical landing pages

Own Analytics, Testing, and Optimization

  • Define and track funnel metrics (e.g. SALs, SQLs, pipeline contribution per campaign or region)

  • Design A/B tests, analyze performance data, and refine based on insights

  • Use tools like HubSpot & LinkedIn Campaign Manager to inform your roadmap

Drive Visibility through Content and Exposure

  • Oversee the creation of campaign content — from thought leadership to customer success stories

  • Identify PR and visibility opportunities: e.g., speaker slots, articles, collaborations with ecosystem players

  • Coordinate both digital and in-person moments to boost reach and reputation

Localize and Systematize Go-to-Market Plays

  • Tailor activities by geography or segment, considering market maturity and local dynamics

  • Turn successful initiatives into scalable playbooks for future campaigns

  • Serve as the orchestrator of marketing execution across teams and touchpoints

Requirements

Growth Marketing Expertise:

  • 3+ years of experience in a growth marketing or demand generation role within a SaaS or B2B software company.

International B2B Experience:

  • Familiarity with expanding into new geographies and tailoring strategies to international markets.

Analytical Mindset:

  • Comfortable navigating dashboards, segmenting data, and turning insights into action.

  • Confident working with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker/PowerBI, or equivalent.

Channel Fluency:

  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel growth tactics, including performance marketing, email automation, content strategy, and offline activation.

Executional Excellence:

  • Strong project management skills, high attention to detail, and a bias for action in fast-paced environments.

Language:

  • Fluent in English.

  • German is a plus but not required.

Benefits

Attractive conditions:

  • 30 days’ vacation, competitive salary, and a monthly voucher.

Real ownership:

  • You will take charge of one of the most business-critical functions at DNL — with full autonomy and strategic relevance.

Growth & impact:

  • You’ll shape the marketing engine of an ambitious SaaS scale-up and gain visibility across departments and geographies.

Top team:

  • Work with a curious, international, and driven team that celebrates wins and learns from experiments.

Flexible work:

  • Hybrid setup with the option to work remotely part of the week, plus regular team events.

If you're ready to take growth to the next level and thrive at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and international business building — we’d love to meet you.
