Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Plan and manage our presence at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events — from logistics and sponsorships to promotional materials — while working closely with Sales and Scientific teams to coordinate their involvement.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms to boost visibility and engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing teams across the company to leverage shared resources and boost visibility through cross-departmental channels
  • Keep timelines, checklists, and assets organized—attention to detail and structure are key in this role
Qualifikationen
  • A degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience in a relevant role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a knack for visual storytelling
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Outstanding written and spoken English; German is a plus
  • A self-starter attitude, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with social media strategy and tools (e.g. LinkedIn) is a plus
