Marketing Specialist EMEA (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

As Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to dive into diverse areas of marketing, from content creation to the development of marketing campaigns, to the implementation of marketing tools and the creation & maintenance of our local websites.

You will work in our EMEA team, becoming an integral part of our marketing ecosystem and contributing to the success of our regional and global initiatives.

Marketing Coordination

1. Contact person for Marketing for our distributors and direct accounts
2. Participation in the regional marketing strategy in line with the global marketing objectives
3. Preparing marketing analyses
4. G2M plan development, implementation and success monitoring (launch management)

Campaign and Content Development

1. Co-developing marketing campaigns
2. Creation and coordination of sales and marketing tools
3. Project management support
4. Realization of direct marketing actions (online/offline), channel and end customer
5. Management of social media campaigns, planning & control of online and offline advertisements
6. Copywriting (for example in the context of case studies and product communication)
7. Writing blog posts
8. Collaboration on reference cases, including content creation and coordination
9. Translation management (product and editorial content)

Shows and Events

1. Idea generation, conception and realization of events
2. Realization of local events and participation in fairs
3. On-site support and follow-up of events

Budget and Website Management

1. Co-responsible for the EMEA Marketing budget
2. Shared responsibility for creating and maintaining local websites in collaboration with the web team

Your Profile

• 2 years+ of experience working on a similar role in an international environment
• Creative writer and thinker with a passion for storytelling and the development of compelling content
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
• Confident in working independently and using initiative to drive projects forward
• Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• You are willing to travel in Europe, and are speaking English fluently
• A good knowledge of the German language is preferred.
• We will offer a fixed-term contract for the time being for 1 year with the prospect of a permanent position and a longtime perspective
