In partnership with our client from the IT sector, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist EMEA (f/m/d) to support a major European project starting June 23, 2025. As a Marketing Specialist EMEA (f/m/d) you will join a dynamic, international field marketing team responsible for creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns and content strategies for B2B events and digital channels across the EMEA region.

• Design and implement monthly EMEA-wide marketing campaigns, including webinars, white papers, promotions and events
• Manage campaign execution across digital channels such as email, website, social media, SEM and partner networks
• Create marketing assets including HTML emails, landing pages, banners and call-to-action buttons
• Track leads, ensure proper routing to the sales team and monitor campaign effectiveness using analytics tools
• Coordinate and manage both virtual and onsite events, including logistics, registration and follow-up communications

Your skills

• Relevant work experience as Marketing Specialist EMEA (f/m/d) in B2B marketing, ideally in the SaaS, cloud or enterprise software industry
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns across various EMEA markets
• Proven track record in event marketing and content development for large business events
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot or similar)
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills and experience working in international, cross-functional teams
