About the job :
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Global Marketing team—someone ready to contribute to integrated, data-driven campaigns that elevate our brand and impact across regions. As a key member of our collaborative team, you will support the development and delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with a range of stakeholders—communications, PR, design, digital, business lines, and agencies—to bring campaigns to life that inform, inspire, and deliver measurable results.
- Lead and Support Campaign Planning : Assist or co-lead in campaign briefing and planning sessions. Translate business goals into creative marketing strategies and action plans.
- Drive Execution Across Channels : Roll out multi-channel campaigns across paid media, web, email, social, events, and automation tools. Create and coordinate campaign elements including landing pages, social posts, lead forms, and newsletters. Manage timelines and publishing schedules.
- Leverage Marketing Automation & Data : Use platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot to deliver and optimize targeted journeys. Work with tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Analytics to improve targeting and performance.
- Create and Curate Content : Collaborate on the editorial planning and production of assets such as whitepapers, factsheets, newsletters, and social media content in both English and German (if applicable).
- Analyse and Optimise : Monitor campaign KPIs and performance metrics. Contribute to data-driven campaign improvements and post-campaign reports. Help conceptualize and iterate on customer journeys.
- Project & Stakeholder Management : Work independently while coordinating with service lines, business stakeholders, designers, and external providers to deliver campaigns smoothly and efficiently.
- Support Events : Plan and execute selected marketing events, including webinars, roundtables, and panel discussions as part of broader campaign strategies.
About you :
A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, or campaign management—ideally in the consulting, finance, or professional services industries with a strong focus on content marketing.We’re specifically looking for someone based in the Düsseldorf region (or nearby), who is willing to travel to Switzerland a few times per year to collaborate closely with our Swiss-based teams.
- A university degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field
- Strong organisational and project management skills with a hands-on, proactive mindset
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (, Pardot) and CRM systems (, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, UTM links, etc.)
- Native-level German and fluent English skills are essential for this role
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders. A collaborative spirit with strong empathy, a positive attitude, and emotional intelligence
- Experience in banking or insurance is a plus.
