A leading tech company is seeking a Marketing Social Media Manager to lead strategy and content creation for social media platforms. This role involves analyzing insights, developing content strategies, and engaging with influencers to enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, strong analytical skills, and a passion for digital storytelling.

Lead strategic planning, content creation, and posting schedules for major global social media platforms, including Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Analyze social media insights and data to shape campaign strategies and optimize platform performance.
Develop and execute both campaign-specific and always-on content strategies.
Build and enhance HONOR's global and local social media capabilities by setting clear KPIs, evaluating platform performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
Oversee and assess local market strategies in content planning, execution, and community engagement.
Design and implement global and local influencer marketing strategies to support product launches, brand campaigns, and social initiatives.
Collaborate with PR teams to engage global and local tech influencers (KOLs and KOCs) across social channels.
Work closely with IMC and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and communication KPIs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in managing global or regional social media strategies and content development; marketing agency background is a plus.
Deep understanding of social media trends, best practices, and digital engagement techniques.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A team player with a creative mindset and a passion for digital marketing.
Experience with paid social platforms is a plus.
