Evailable GmbH is hiring a Marketing & Sales Manager eMobility (f/m/d) to join our Sales & Operations team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Essen, with flexible working hours including part-time options.

About Us

We are Evailable, a fast-growing startup within the One Ecosystem, aiming to make eMobility charger network availability the new normal. Our AI-powered software helps charging network operators improve station availability, reduce costs, and secure revenue streams. Join us in revolutionizing the international eMobility landscape with our scalable platform!

Tasks
  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for brand, product, and lead generation.
  2. Create compelling content for digital channels, campaigns, and product communication.
  3. Manage and grow our social media presence to enhance engagement and reach.
  4. Support the organization of events, trade fairs, and partner activities.
  5. Maintain and develop our website (WordPress).
  6. Support sales activities including customer outreach and lead nurturing.
  7. Develop sales materials, presentations, and product positioning.
  8. Ensure consistency and relevance of the Evailable brand identity across all touchpoints.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  10. Monitor marketing KPIs and optimize activities based on data insights.
Qualifications
  1. Fluent in German and English.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B tech or eMobility environment.
  3. Proven skills in content creation and product marketing.
  4. Experience with social media management and branding.
  5. Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  6. Basic knowledge of Salesforce.
  7. Familiarity with WordPress and web content management.
  8. Proactive team player with a startup mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, embracing change, and taking ownership from day one.
