Qualifikationen

  • Diplôme en administration ou marketing ou apprentissage commercial avec formation complémentaire.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets marketing ou créatifs.
  • Anglais courant requis, allemand et autres langues sont un plus.

Jobbeschreibung

Your tasks:

  • Set up and manage the end-to-end project flow for all marketing initiatives, from brief to delivery.
  • Define and maintain clear timelines, scopes, and priorities for each project.
  • Track progress daily, monitor against milestones, and proactively flag delays or risks.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams, external partners, and creative agencies.
  • Create structured reports on project status, workload, timelines, and delivery performance.
  • Champion consistent workflows and help embed efficient processes across the team.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines, quality standards, and strategic objectives.
  • Support global campaign rollouts, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, and HR.

Your skills:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or a commercial apprenticeship with additional training.
  • Profound experience managing complex marketing or creative projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to quickly understand marketing and brand priorities and translate them into structured workflows.
  • Experience building dashboards, workflows, and templates to support visibility and consistency.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a knack for bringing order to chaos.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools.
  • Understanding of digital, print, video, and event production workflows.
  • Fluent English skills are mandatory; German and other languages are a plus.
