Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to support our marketing department. The role involves ensuring operational tasks are executed efficiently, supporting claiming tasks with manufacturers, and managing various marketing activities.

Responsibilities include:

1. Creating reports and analyses for marketing activities
2. Managing projects, including our marketing program
3. Acting as a liaison between marketing and finance
4. Processing invoices
5. Administrative tasks specific to the department
6. Maintaining and supporting marketing tools (FET, aprimo)
7. Serving as a superuser for marketing tools
8. Supporting manufacturer claiming processes (e.g., PoE, PoP)
9. Coordinating with manufacturers and internal/external departments

Candidate profile:

1. Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
2. Relevant work experience preferred
3. Analytical skills and numerical understanding
4. Strong communication and organizational skills
5. Proficiency with modern communication tools
6. Fluent in German and English
7. SAP knowledge is a plus
