Responsibilities:
  • Support the marketing department in operational tasks, ensuring efficiency and alignment with manufacturer and business area requirements.
  • Perform and assist with claiming tasks for various manufacturers.
  • Create reports and analyses for marketing activities.
  • Manage projects, including the use of proprietary marketing software.
  • Act as interface between marketing and finance departments.
  • Handle invoice processing and administrative tasks specific to the department.
  • Maintain and act as superuser for marketing tools like FET and Aprimo.
  • Support manufacturer claiming processes (e.g., PoE and PoP).
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and internal/external teams to discuss and optimize processes.
Qualifications:
  • Completed relevant degree or equivalent training.
  • Ideally some relevant professional experience.
  • Analytical thinking and numerical skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in modern communication tools.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
